Repiping Update!

AMA has paused the re-piping project in building 1750 due to COVID-19 until May 2020. The Board and AMA are hoping to resume operations on May 18, 2020, but this will all depend on the shelter in place order mandated by the California Governor. Project Manager, James Hunter with AMA will remain onsite during this time and he can be reached at or 562-541-5649.

April 2020 Board of Directors Meeting

The May 2020 Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2020 via teleconference.

Memorial Day Holiday

Action Property Management. Professional Maintenance Systems (Janitorial) and City Mark will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2020 in observance of Memorial Day. If there is an after hours maintenance emergency, such as a flood, please contact Action Property Management at 949-450-0202, after hours personnel will assist you. Gym and Spa

Due to the order from the California government, the spa and gym is closed until further notice.  We appreciate your understanding and patience as the safety of all members is the utmost importance. 


It was recently brought to Management’s attention that the dumbbells in the gym have gone missing.

If you took these dumbbells, we kindly ask you put these dumbbells back as this is Associations property.  If the dumbbells are not put back the Association will need to purchase new ones at the cost of the homeowners.

Candidate Solicitation Statements 

The deadline to turn your candidate solicitation statement in to management is Wednesday, May 6 at 5pm. If you would like to run for the board in the upcoming election please submit your statement to .

As the warmer weather draws near this is a friendly reminder to check your A/C filters and have them replaced if needed. (Lofts only)

Candidate Solicitation

The Candidate Solicitation form was emailed and mailed to Owners for the upcoming Annual Election for the Board of Directors.  If you are interested in serving on the Board, please fill out the questionnaire and return to Management Assistant atkstewart@actionlife.comno later than Wednesday, May 6, 2020.   

Courtyard Lights 

The Board of Directors contracted with My Sign to replace the burnt out lights in the courtyard.  The Board has received various emails concerning these lights notably how they are brighter than before and that is due to the lights being LED and being burnt out for quite some time.  We appreciate everyone’s patience as we continue to monitor these lights and adjust accordingly.
