Dog Barking Reminder

While we are a dog-friendly building, as a reminder, residents are entitled to quiet enjoyment of

their units.  Please take the necessary measures to limit barking when in the unit and in common

areas.  Barking can be considered a nuisance, which is a violation of the governing documents.

Work with our furry companions to make Doma an enjoyable living space for all!

All moves whether into the building or out must be scheduled and approved through

management. To insure proper scheduling and availability of the elevator designated for your

move, please contact the Management Office at least one week prior to your move to reserve

time(s) for your move. At that time you should review any questions that you might have

regarding Moving Procedures. The contact for management is

Iron Fence

The board recently approved a proposal form A&D Iron Work to add an extension to the spa

fence in an effort to keep transients from entering. We will also be adding an iron feature to the planter area near the 1780 entrance to discourage loitering.

The board is currently working on obtaining paint proposals to paint the exterior of the 1750 entrance and the Pilates studio.
