AMA has paused the repiping project in building 1750 due to COVID-19 until May 2020. Management will update the community on a resume date as soon as possible, as the information for COVID-19 continues to change on a daily basis. Gym and Spa
Due to the order from the California government, the spa and gym is closed until further notice. We appreciate your understanding and patience as the safety of all members is the utmost importance.
MISSING GYM EQUIPMENT
It was recently brought to Management’s attention that the dumbbells in the gym have gone missing.
If you took these dumbbells, we kindly ask you put these dumbbells back as this is Associations property. If the dumbbells are not put back the Association will need to purchase new ones at the cost of the homeowners.

Professional Maintenance Systems has increased the cleaning of the building in light of the current pandemic. Professional Maintenance Systems is cleaning and sanitizing high traffic areas every two hours such as the elevator buttons, stair railings and door handles.
Stop the Spread of Germs
Help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by keeping six-feet between you and others, covering your nose and mouth when you sneeze and cough with a tissue, avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth, wash your hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds and avoid leaving your house unless it is essential such as going to the pharmacy or grocery store.

The Board of Directors contracted with My Sign to replace the burnt out lights in the courtyard. The Board has received various emails concerning these lights notably how they are brighter than before and that is due to the lights being LED and being burnt out for quite some time. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we continue to monitor these lights and adjust accordingly.
