April 2019 Board of Directors Meeting

The April 2019 Board of Directors Meeting is Thursday, April 11, 2019 at 6:30 pm at The Historic Firehouse in Little Italy.

Move In and Out

All moves whether into the building or out must be scheduled and approved through management. To insure proper scheduling and availability of the elevator designated for your move, please contact the Management Office at least one week prior to your move to reserve time(s) for your move.

Reconstruction Project

AMA Repiping was able to completely finish all the storm drain piping in the garage last week. The domestic water system for 1780 is roughly 80% complete and will be finished this week. They are hoping to have the garage all wrapped up on both systems by the end of the month.

Piazza Music

Talented teen songbird Marissa Grace has been quoted as 'one to take notice of now'. This emerging singer/songwriter is most focused on one thing - to share her music. She will be at the Piazza della Famiglia Apr 6 - 7pm to 9pm!

Security Cameras

The board is testing out a new security smart intercom system to allow residents to see who is at the entrance of the building and to allow access for visitors from the touch of their smart phone.

We are also testing better cameras and new technology to help keep Doma secure.

Rental Units

As a reminder, if you are renting your unit, you are required to submit the lease to management at or to .

This allows us to update our communication system and get in contact with the appropriate parties in the event of an emergency. As always, the CC&R’s require a minimum rental period of 30-days. If you are found violating this, you may be subject to a hearing and fine.


The board approved Kind of the Painters proposal to paint the exterior of the 1750 entrance and the Pilates studio. This should happen around the date of 4/29/19

Emergency Situation Protocol

In any type of emergency situation, maintenance or life threatening, do NOT email – PLEASE

CALL! Action and Action After-Hours can be reached at 949-450-0202. If you are experiencing a

water intrusion and have called it in, DO NOT LEAVE your unit even if it is a slow back up. You

may end up being responsible for damages due to negligence. If there is anything that is life

threatening, do not hesitate to call 9-1-1.
