Designs are being finalized for the remodel of Doma. The HOA board is close to picking a contractor. It has been a long time coming, and we’re all more than ready!

A “mock up” of the design will be tested on both the Loft and Townhome sides in the next few months. This will give residents a quick overview of the new look and help us dial in the details before jumping in with the whole building.

Prior to the work beginning, a vote to reallocate funds should take place in the next 45 days. If approved the work should start within 30 days of the vote. The board encourages every owner to vote in favor of the proposal.

Thank you
